The Odyssey Banquet Venue in Tinley Park welcomes everyone to enjoy a very lavish Easter Sunday Brunch featuring a wide array of locally farmed and seasonal ingredients.

Guests will enjoy classic breakfast items like Cinnamon Raisin French Toast with Maple Syrup, Lemon-Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, Orange Honey Glazed Chicken and Waffles, chef-crafted omelets and more.

Carving station will include Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Herb Roasted Leg of Lamb and Baked Honey Cured Ham. Other delicious items will feature Bulgogi Beef with Kimchi, Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with Parmesan-Lemon Cream Sauce, Early-Spring Vegetables, pastas and seasonal salad station with seafood bar.

Assortment of sweets and cakes and mini pastries. Coffee, juice, soda, water, hot tea and champagne also included. Enjoy The Odyssey's signature Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar.
