The Canteen Restaurant is a quaint 40's style diner located in beautiful downtown Barrington serving breakfast and lunch daily.

Family owned and operated, The Canteen is proud to use only the freshest ingredients to prepare food that is made to order - with real eggs, organic produce, steroid free chicken and slowly smoked meats from their onsite cooker.

Menu items include skillets, crepes, omelets, smoked brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, burgers, wraps, appetizers and more.

While the Canteen may look somewhat dated on the outside, they are well known for serving delicious food that is fresh and natural, while the dining room ceiling features the most unique collection of model planes.
