The Odyssey Banquet Venue in Tinley Park welcomes everyone to enjoy a very lavish Easter Sunday Brunch featuring a wide array of locally farmed and seasonal ingredients.

Guests will enjoy classic breakfast items including Apple Pie French Toast, Rosemary & Thyme Home Fries, Hickory Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Spinach & Feta Frittata, chef-crafted omelets and more.

Carving station will serve Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Herb Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri & Tzatziki Sauce, Bourbon & Maple Glazed Ham plus Red Wine Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Root Vegetables. Other delicious items include Herb Roasted Bone-In Chicken, Wild Rice Pilaf, Seared Halibut Oscar, Spring Vegetables and Potato & Parsnip Puree.
