Kouklas Greek Restaurant is coming to Niles, having converted the former Amici Ristorante into the suburb's newest Mediterranean themed eatery.

Father and Son chefs Jimmy Bannos senior, and junior, bring a wealth of family experience spanning 100 years to present delicious Grecian recipes synonymous with its acclaimed brand.

The Bannos Family expects to open Kouklas Greek Eatery in the fall of 2025.
